Replacement&Return

1. To protect your rights, please verify with the delivery person in person when receiving the goods. The verification scope includes: product type, specifications, quantity, and whether the gifts match the order.

2. If the above issues are confirmed to be correct, you can proceed with signing for it. If your order is entrusted to someone else for collection, the recipient has the same rights as you, and we will consider it as received by you personally. After signing, we will no longer accept the above related issues.

Within 7 days after you sign and receive the goods, if you find any quality issues with the products, we can replace or return them. After this time, we will no longer handle the relevant issues!

Return and exchange application process:
1. Log in to the "www.wantoutdoors.com" store and enter "My Account - Order History"
2. Select the order that needs to be returned or exchanged, [View] and click the [Return] button. Fill in the reason for return and a detailed description of the issue in the [Fault or other details].
3. After confirming that the information is correct, click on 【 Submit 】 to complete the online self-service return and exchange application.
After the customer completes the return request, they need to return the goods to us (address: Contact Us). Please keep the goods intact, and the costs incurred during the return process will be borne by the buyer. After we confirm that the goods are in good condition, we will issue a refund.

Refund plan:
1. Online payment orders will be refunded back to the original payment account.
2. Orders made through bank transfer or postal remittance will be refunded to the balance in the account where the order was placed.
