Delivery Information

After the customer places an order and makes payment, it takes 3-5 working days to organize the goods, and once they are ready, they will be shipped immediately.  We will use international express delivery (UPS DHL or EMS) will be delivered to your hands.  Depending on the customer's different geographical location, we will choose the highest quality express delivery plan, such as from China to the Americas.  After placing an order, the goods can be received in approximately 8-15 working days.  From China to Europe, the goods can be received within approximately 6-12 working days after placing an order.

At the same time of shipment, the shipping status will be updated on the website and the tracking number will be provided.  Customers can log in to the website at any time to check.  Order tracking, you can log in to the website, go to "My Account" - "My Orders" - "Order History" to view the order status and tracking number, and then go to the corresponding courier company's official website to track the specific location of the goods.
